How to choose college
1. Check your budget for tution fees.

Once you decide the course and college, call the college directly and ask all the ways to apply for the offer letter. Most colleges accept applications online and the link will be on their website and some will also have an email option.
Some colleges have an application fee. In this case call the college with a virtual number (free and unlimited), ask them the list of consultant partners . Contact those consultant , they will not charge anything for the offer letter and visa (you need to pay the government fees for the visa only).
Must have proof of fund (course fee + fund to support self up to the length of the course).
Study permit means that you will have to leave Canada after study. Make SOP accordingly and do not lie anything.
NOTE : I never suggest anyone to study in Canada if the purpose of the study is PR. If your CRS is low, you can improve by following ways
1. You can work for 3 years in home country.
2. Do a masters course in home country
3. Working on ielts,
4. Check eligibility with PNP
5.LMIA
6. Internal job posting in current company, etc
