You might lose the opportunity for PR even after ITA, if you don’t focus on the followings

1.Do not just choose your NOC code from job title.

2.Do not submit reference letters without job duties (other details should also be included)

3.For the safe side, only select the NOC that matches 60-70% of the job duties,must written on your reference letter.

4.Do not ask the management to copy paste the duties mentioned on the CIC website.

5.If the payment was made in cash, ask your management wrote on your reference letter, then also try to get payment and tax documents from the company.
